Our handcrafted Bamboo dog bed will be dispatched to you within 14 working days. Using our designated courier your bed will arrive in packaging that is 100% recyclable.
As soon as your Oscar & Digby bed is on its way to you, we will email you with a tracking reference so your dog can count how many ‘sleeps’ until they can snuggle down for some of the best snoozes they have ever had!

Damage & Lost in Transit
Oscar & Digby does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.
Goods should be inspected upon receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up with our courier. If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the courier.
