Deliveries
Delivered with Love, all our dogs bed come complete with free delivery to the UK. Please contact us at [email protected] for any orders outside of the UK.
All orders will be dispatched using a courier, as each Oscar & Digby dog bed is hand made we aim to have your new dog bed dispatched within two weeks. Please note that Oscar & Digby cannot dispatch orders on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday. You will be notified of the dispatch of your order and provided with a tracking number in order to track your parcel.
Damage & Loss in Transit
Oscar & Digby does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.
Goods should be inspected upon receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up with our courier.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the courier.
Orders & Payment
Oscar & Digby use Stripe payments system and Paypal.
Paypal and Stripe are secure online payment methods which allow you to pay with your Paypal account or a debit or credit card (You do not need to register for a Paypal account if using this method). Once payment has been authorised, Oscar & Digby will send you an email confirming your order .
In the event the customer cannot pay via Paypal or Stripe, Oscar & Digby can also accept Bank Transfers as an alternative payment method. Please get in touch via [email protected]
Care Instructions
The wooden beds have had three coats of clear high quality water based lacquer, if they get dirty or grubby you can wipe over with a damp cloth which will remove any grime. The inner pad is to be hand washed in warm water and allowed to drip dry or on a light spin dry. The cover can be cleaned on a cold rinse, short spin and allow to dry naturally.
Returns Policy
As each bed is handmade to order we are unable to accept returns based on fit or personal opinion. We can only accept a return for a replacement if the bed is faulty on receipt.
Health Benefits
Simply raising the dogs resting area off the floor makes for a much more comfortable sleep away from draughts which in turn brings better health benefits, and provides protection from the elements for a cleaner fresher place to be. Bedding on a cold floor rapidly builds up condensation leaving to your dog lying on a cold damp bed, unpleasant for any dog but particularly those who suffer from arthritis and circulatory problems.
A relaxed well exercised dog may spend upto 80% of its life chilling out on their bed so why do we make then sleep on the floor? When they can enjoy one of our hand made raised dog beds.
